Return, Exchange, Reservation Policy

At Tekno Box – Cameras & Gadget, we are committed to providing quality products and fair after-sales support.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Purchases are eligible for return and exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase given;

  • The defect is not caused by misuse, mishandling, liquid damage, power surge, or physical damage.
  • The item is factory defective (defective upon first use), or
  • Item issue arised within 7 days from date of purchase.
  • The item is returned in complete packaging, including:
  • Original box
  • All accessories
  • Manuals
  • Warranty card
  • Sales Invoice
  • Items eligible for the return-exchange will be;
  • Replaced by the same brand & model.
  • If replacement is unavailable, customer may opt to change item of the same or higher value.

2. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect item choice.
  • Compatibility issues with other devices.
  • Items with physical damage, scratches, dents, or signs of use due to: Improper handling, Water or moisture exposure, unauthorized repair or modification, software issues, firmware preferences, or user error.

3. WARRANTY CLAIMS

  • Items with issues arising after more than 1 week from date of purchase will be treated as for warranty – to be sent to service center for servicing/repair or replacement (subject to service center’s discretion). Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Tekno Box - Cameras & Gadget may assist in warranty coordination.
  • Shipping fee and/or transportation is shouldered by customer.

4. RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

  • Reservation fee of 10% of item’s value is required to hold an already available item in the store for maximum of 7 days. Buyer’s decision to cancel order or unable to pay remaining balance within 7 days will forfeit reservation fee.
  • Items specially ordered from customer’s request, require a 10% non-refundable down payment. Once ordered from the supplier, cancellation is not allowed. Buyer cancellation will forfeit down payment. The down payment is deducted from the total price upon full payment. Pre-order lead time 2-3 days if via AIR for non-battery devices, 6-7 days for items with battery if RORO SEA.

FULL REFUND OF RESERVATION FEE/DOWN PAYMENT WILL BE ISSUED IF:

  • The item becomes unavailable.
  • There is a pricing or listing error.
  • The seller cannot deliver within the agreed timeframe.
